Small Paint Party (11 x 14" Canvas)

Service Description

Paint party includes all supplies for painting (Brushes, paint, canvas easel, etc) Customer to provide location, tables and chairs. Staff will provide paper towels cups for cleaning brushes and disposable plates for mixing colors. Only discard cups if damaged. Canvas is size 11 x 14 inches. Pre-sketched. No Blank paintings will be available. Design or concept for design is due at booking. Please email carin.bernard@gmail.com with your concepts. Sending via Instagram and Facebook messenger is also an option but is not recommended. Full payment due at booking. There is a Minimum of six participants for this package. Any additional participants can pay the day of, but client must contact Carin within 72 hours of the event for efficient preparation. If client wishes to pay before the event, please contact Carin by email for an updated invoice. Cancellations on or before the 72-hour mark will be granted a full refund. After that time, a partial refund will be issued based on the progress of preparation. There are no refunds if cancelled on the day of the event, sorry. Staff will set up the area where paint party is occurring and will begin cleaning up once the last person finishes. Any party that exceeds the time limit will not accrue additional fees. Staff will help all participants with specific needs but will not paint over what someone has already completed. We only improve when we face our happy accidents. People wishing to not follow the instructions step by step are welcome to do so as long as they are not distracting the demonstration for others. Please be kind and respectful at all times. Staff will sometimes work alone and cannot tend to everyone at once. With that said, some parts of the demonstration will challenge you to embrace your creativity. Welcome it! Fear is just a friend of failure and so long as you finish fearlessly your painting will be successful. And remember help is not too far away :)

Cancellation Policy

All orders must be cancelled 48 hours before class to receive a deposit refund. After this time, you will not be eligible for a full refund.
